Starters

​Choose one of the following:

  1. Crispy duck spring roll with noodle mango salad and soy chilli dip
     

  2. Poached pear with Serrano ham, pickled walnuts and blue cheese dressing
     

  3. Pork & beef albondigas in smoked tomato sauce with crispy toast
     

  4. Whipped goat’s cheese with roasted beets, orange purée, pine nuts and balsamic

Intermediate Course

​Choose one of the following:

  1. Gazpacho
     

  2. Mushroom, wholegrain mustard and thyme
     

  3. Lemon sorbet with frozen grapes

Main Course

​Choose one of the following:

  1. Salmon fillet with dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus spears and dill beurre blanc
     

  2. Daube of beef with bourguignon sauce, creamy mash and roast vegetables
     

  3. Chicken stuffed with mozzarella, wrapped in jamón Serrano with fondant potato, tomato & basil sauce, and green beans
     

  4. Baked aubergine stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables, cheese gratin, couscous and tomato relish (vegetarian)

Dessert

A trio of sweet treats:

Treacle tart
 

Chocolate brownie with salted peanut butter sauce
 

Lemon posset with fresh raspberries
 

Served with vanilla pod ice cream
